When your order is near completion you will be notified of the total cost. Payment is due at this time and then your order will be sent to you.

Customer will be charged for the return shipment of their albums and finished CD's.

There will be a $3.00 shipping and handling charge added to the total cost.

Please use insurance on all packages. It is important that you insure all packages as we are not responsible for any audio damaged via shipping. Please note there has never been a problem but we would like to take all the necessary precautions.

Leave a note inside the package as to the value placed upon shipment to ensure we use the same dollar amount for return. So whatever it cost your LP's and/or cassette tapes to arrive at LP2CD Solutions, Ltd., and however it was shipped, this will be duplicated for return + $3.00 shipping & handling and added to the final total.

Payment will be accepted in these forms: Pay via PayPal, credit card, personal check, money order, cashiers check, cash (sent at your own risk). Note: for payments by personal check, your order will be sent out as soon as the payment has cleared.

LEGALITIES SUMMERIZED:
You own the record(s) and we will provide you one (1) copy for your personal use.
You are not allowed to make duplicate copies to sell, distribute or broadcast. Unauthorized copying, selling, distribution or broadcast of the CD transfer we have provided will result in a breach of contract for the service provided. As a result, we will not be held responsible for any legal actions taken against you by the record label, the owners of the original master recording and or the artist. This legality does NOT include your precious, original homemade recordings of family members and related voice and music, just copyrighted material.

After you print out the order form, fill in your contact information, write in the name of the LP or tape, put a check mark in the box or boxes indicating what level of restoration you desire (level 1 transfer includes click, crackle, hum & hiss restoration). Once you have filled out the order form, include it with your order along with any special instructions. If you send us 7 or more albums and/or cassettes this must be reprinted, repeated and included.

Please Note:
If you decide to halt the transfer of your LP’s and or cassette tapes. We shall stop the process and return your items. You will be required to pay the postage.
