In order to reproduce the original packaging of an LP in CD format, your album's graphics are scanned using a Microtek Scanmaker 9800XL 12" x 17" tabloid scanner and printed out on an Epson Stylus 1400 photo printer. In clockwise order are examples of each of the following services offered:
CD Label
$5.00 gets you a Taiyo Yuden printable water shield CD utilizing your LP's original label custom fit to the CD.
Cover Art
$3.70 gets you one front CD jewel case cover with 15 minutes of free Photoshop touch-up to reduce ring wear and other flaws. Additional editing is $7.00 for each 15 minutes. The time frame for total cover restoration depends on the amount of damage to the artwork. You will receive a quote if more than the 15 minutes of free touch-up is needed.
Back Cover Song List
$3.70 gets you a song list and LP back cover art work custom fit to the back of the CD jewel case tray.
Identifying Spine Edge
$3.70 gets you the title printed on the side of the CD jewel case (from the LP spine).
Graphics Cost Overview
To summarize, for $16.10 you will get the front cover, custom fitted back cover with song tracks and art work, identifying spine, and a custom fitted CD label for your new CD package.
Booklets
At a cost of $3.70 per page, booklets are made in either 2, 4, 8, 12, & 16 page styles taken from album inserts and liner notes.
