Yes, sometimes we can, and that means the residual artifacts and inherent vinyl flaws too. Even LP's that have an above average amount of click's and crackle and are graded as low as "VG-" condition in the Goldmine standard for grading LP's have a good chance, depending on the shape of the clicks and crackle, that is.
